1. Eligibility & User Agreement
By using CheapFlightsIn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking and to update such information as necessary.
2. Services Offered
We provide an online platform to rent various types of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and vans. The rental terms, including duration, pricing, and availability, are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify the services offered at any time.
3. Advance Booking & Payment Policy
A mandatory advance payment of required to secure any booking.
Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.
Full advance payment is mandatory during high demand periods such as public holidays or festivals.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed are inclusive of base charges but exclusive of applicable taxes and surcharges.
Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability without prior notice.
Late return charges, fuel policy deviations, and vehicle damage may incur additional fees.
5. Booking Modifications & Cancellations
All modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to pick-up may be eligible for a partial refund. No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
6. Rental Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used responsibly and only within permitted geographic areas.
Smoking, illegal substances, and transporting hazardous goods are strictly prohibited.
7. Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included with every rental. Additional coverage may be purchased.
The renter is liable for any damage or loss due to negligence or breach of contract.
8. Data Privacy & Security
Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Force Majeure
CheapFlightsIn is not liable for delays or non-performance due to acts beyond its control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration jurisdiction.
